I’m gonna miss a lot of things in/about Sac. Things like the emptiness of living in the Suburbs, the nearby fast food places that are only within a couple of miles, my dad, and of course, my friends. Especially the selected few in this picture (+Will). Most of them I’ve known since I first moved to Sac 6 years ago and some I’ve known since the beginning of high school. These people have made my last couple of weeks in Sac worth the while and I appreciate them for that. I’m gonna miss our spontaneous “Swag Nights” and the sleepovers that came afterwards (even though that happened like twice).
Anatoliy, I’m gonna miss your stunning European model looks and quiet jokes, haha. You really broke out of your shell in high school and I still think you should start slicking your hair back like you used to do in middle school, lol. April, I know I creep you out all the time but I hope you know I’m just joking. Thanks for all the rides you gave me to debut practice and all that other stuff. I owe you big time. You’se a strong independent black woman who don’t need no man to take care of her and you stay that way gurl! Bryan, the dancer of the crew. Thanks for hooking it up with Jenifer, lol. And I still think you should’ve battled that dude in SF. You woulda killed him, haha. Daffodil, I remember you used to be this tiny little Asian girl who looooved to talk and now all of a sudden there you go taking my man. Haha jk, keep on with that art gurl. Darren aka DBars, the only person who calls me DMad. Thanks for always making me laugh man, you’re hilarious. Whenever I see J’s I’ll think about you, haha. You are the definition of “Swag” lol. I’ll be sure to match any picture you leave on my FB wall. And I hope Kayla starts giggin’ for you more in the future, haha. Kayla aka KayKay, I’m gonna miss hearing you laugh every 10 seconds, lol. You laugh as much as you take pictures, and I like that about you. You’re a very joyous person. You do you booboo! Good luck at Sac State! Take care of JenJen for me. Kyle, my barber. I hope my brother can do as good of a job on my hair as you did. Mr. Good Quality. Every Kirkland I wear will be in honor of you. One of these days I’m gonna get a job at Buca di Beppo and I’ll hook you up with a discount. Good luck in the future man, you’re gonna love it. Montana, you used to be such a crazy white boy that I seriously wanted a restraining order against, but you’ve calmed down and matured a lot. You still have your crazy white boy moments though. Keep that mentality you have about everything. Will, you’re like one of the best lyricist I know. If you and Zach don’t make it big one day then that means you guys gotta start making whack songs. Haha, I know one day I’ll search up a song and see “written by William Padaoan.” Zach, our talks about music, basketball, and girls could go on for days. You’re a great person to converse with and I remember you telling me about how you feel like you’re gonna get to know me better or something like that, maybe that time will come in SJ? Who knows. Hopefully we’ll get to kick it together in the future. Jenifer Macaspac, I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me. How can I ever repay you? You’ve always been there by my side since day one. I have a looot more things to say to/about you but I’ll save that for something else. For now, all I can say to you is thank you for always being there. I love you.
I know that we’re all probably gonna drift away from each other because that’s what usually happens to friends after they graduate. Hopefully we can all reunite in the future for another “Swag Night” and try to make it a regular or annual thing. I wish I could take all of you guys with me to SJ, but it just doesn’t work like that. We all gotta move on and sheeyit. I’m not trying to be all emo and stuff, but I’m just gonna miss my friends, that’s all. I love you guys.
I’ll try to come and visit you guys as much as possible but you guys have to come down and visit me too!
